Vehicle Access Requirements

To successfully deliver and set up our large-scale event equipment, we require access for a Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) with a lorry and drag combination. This setup is essential for transporting our inflatables, staging, and power equipment safely and efficiently.

The vehicle dimensions are as follows:

Two units, each measuring approximately 23ft (7m) in length by 8ft (2.4m) in width.

The total length of the lorry and drag combined is around 46ft (14m).

We ask that the event site has:

  • Clear, unrestricted access suitable for an HGV of this size, including entrances, exits, and turning space
  • Firm ground capable of supporting heavy vehicles (once the lorry is in position, it is placed on woods to prevent any sinking)
  • Sufficient room for safe unloading and positioning of equipment
  • Access to any required electrical supply points, or the ability to position our generator near the event area

This vehicle also carries our on-board power solutions, which are integral to running the inflatables, stage sound systems, and any lighting or entertainment elements involved in the event.
